“Even here, people are worried about maintaining value,” says Matt McNeill, who’ll be on hand to show you Vantage Pointe’s ten furnished model flats and ‘townes,’ including some that can be ready for move in soon. Prices at Vantage Pointe, where sales have moved at a steady clip (75 percent sold out and making plans for a new phase of townhomes later this year) are discounted across the board—as much as $20,000, even $30,000 off some luxury flats (from the $160s) and super-spacious ‘townes.’
